타당성(Feasibility). 

프로젝트의 초기 단계에는 부지 또는 부동산에 대한 예비 연구가 포함 됨. 

유저가 희망하는  설계 정보를  많이 공유하며, 자세한 개요를 작성하고 유저가 원하는 설계정보를 얻기 위해 유저와 함께 프로젝트를 공유 함.

The initial stage of the project involves conducting a preliminary study of the site or property. The designer collaborates with the user to share as much design-related information as possible, drafting a detailed outline and working together to gather the desired design details the user envisions for the project.

개념(Concept). 

컨셉 디자인은 크리에이티브 프로세스의 시작. 

디자인 작업을 통해 우리는 마감재, 디자인 스타일 및 전체적인 정보를 조사하기 시작하면서 유저의 건축 레이아웃을 만들어 감.

디자인을 전체적으로 설명하는 렌더링과 초기 2D, 3D 모델을 만듬.

Concept design marks the beginning of the creative process. Through the design work, we begin exploring finishes, design styles, and overall details while developing the architectural layout based on the user's needs. We create renderings and initial 2D and 3D models to provide a comprehensive explanation of the design.

발달(Development).

디자인 개발 단계 전반에 걸쳐 우리는 계획의 세부 사항을 만들어 감.

내부 레이아웃을 다듬고 바닥, 벽, 가구 등의 주요 마감재와 재료를 결정하는 동시에 최종 승인을 위한 조명등의 컨셉과 기타 요구 사항을 정의 함.

Throughout the design development stage, we refine the details of the plan, adjusting the interior layout and selecting key finishes and materials for flooring, walls, furniture, and more. Simultaneously, we define concepts for lighting and other requirements to obtain final approval.

기술(Technical).

설계가 승인되면 기술 설계 단계로 이동하여 제안된 모든 새로운 세부 사항을 포함하여 프로젝트를 위한 상세한 기술정리를 함. 

Once the design is approved, the project moves to the technical design phase, where a detailed technical documentation is prepared, including all the newly proposed details.

입찰(Tender).

상세 설계 단계가 완료되면 입찰 프로세스가 시작 됨. 최상의 계약프로세스와 함께 설계 팀과 협력하며, 입찰을 준비하고 공사 프로그램을 완성 함.

Throughout the design development stage, we refine the details of the plan, finalize the interior layout, and determine key finishes and materials for floors, walls, and furniture. Simultaneously, we define lighting concepts and other requirements for final approval.

동원(Mobilisation).

협력업체 결정후 작업을 수행하여 설계 제안서를 자세히 검토하고 프로젝트의 전문 하청 요소에 대해 조언하여 필요에 따라 전문작업자 동원할 수 있도록 지원 함.

After selecting the subcontractor, the design proposal is thoroughly reviewed, and advice is provided on the specialized subcontracting elements of the project. Support is offered to mobilize specialized workers as needed.

건축(Construction).

프로젝트의 협력업체 및 FF&E(Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment / 가구, 장비와 부속 재료) 공급망과 긴밀히 협력하여 모든 관련 FF&E의 설치 및 시운전과 함께 설계의 성공적인 구현을 달성 함.

Working closely with project collaborators and the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) supply chain to achieve the successful implementation of the design, including the installation and commissioning of all related FF&E.

검사(Test).

프로젝트가 완료되면 현장을 방문하여 모든 작업을 검사하고 필요한 경우 결함보수 일정을 준비하고, 결함에 대한 구제 방안을 제안. 완료 인증서를 준비 발급 함.

After the project is completed, a site visit is conducted to inspect all work. If necessary, a defect repair schedule is arranged, and remedial measures for the defects are proposed. A completion certificate is then prepared and issued.
